Rosé is not new, but its popularity is – and who can blame you.

From pale provencal versions to deep rosado, it has to be one of the most versatile bottles for the summer table.

Below are two of our favourite styles. Bandol, the richer age worthy mouvedre dominated wines from Provence and the lighter (not in colour but complexity) Cote du Thau – a former volcanic inlet south-west of Montpelier.

If you are looking for a job in food, Fredricks are seeking a Deli person to work in our wonderful little shop in Diss courtyards.

Initially a part time, temporary position, (could work around school hours), this could become an extended role for the right person. 

We are looking for someone with a love for, and knowledge of, good food and wine. Someone who likes to try new and interesting flavours. To share their love of good food and ingredients with our customers.

The ideal person will be up with current trends and popular food culture, and someone who would like to invest their time and enthusiasm into a growing business, as part of a small, but expanding team.

You will hold, or be willing to take, their food, health and safety certificate and possibly even a personal alcohol license. Previous retail experience would be a bonus, but basic IT, Maths and English skills are a must.

If after reading this, you feel that you have some of these skills, please contact us. We are not necessarily looking for all of the things requested, but for someone who is hard working, has enthusiasm and can grow into a role that fits you.
