We offer a catering service to provide food for your events – big and small. Our offerings are bespoke, as each event is unique, and therefore we can tailor our menu and offering accordingly.
At the most basic level we can offer hot sharing meals, such Lamb Tagine, Lasagne or Cassoulet, with accompaniments from around £11.95 per head (this is based on a minimum of 8 portions).
Cheese and Charcuterie often feature on our buffet style menus and we can create platters and sharing boards. These are often paired with our delicious sourdough breads or artisan crackers and chutneys. Vegetarian options might include aubergine mezze, homemade houmous and crudite, our incredible spanish smoked almonds and perrello olives. These platters generally start at around £6.95 per portion.
Our full buffet service starts at £15.95 per head and might also include some delicious salads such as Tabbouleh, Greek or Caprese, our famous large sausage rolls, homemade caramalised onion scotch eggs, large quiches, cakes and deserts, as well as the sharing platters.
For the full Fredricks experience, we offer a private chef menu, where we come and cook in your home. You decide the theme and give us a few details and we design a menu to suit your occasion – whether it be an Anniversary party, Stag/Hen night or a big Birthday. We can even come to your rented party house! Wine flight and full service are included in the price – 4 courses starting at £79.95 per head.
