Welcome to our Mix & Match event – An evening of Cocktail tasting and food pairing.

Fredricks will be hosting an evening where you are invited to taste up to 8 different cocktails – seamlessly matched with a range of foods samples.

Chat with friends as you watch our mixologists from Doxi Cocktails shake the perfect drink. Taste products from local producers, whilst enjoying the ambiance of our upstairs warehouse.

The event will take place on Friday 19th May from 6:30 – 9pm

The 5 senses tasting is a fun informal evening hosted by local businesses, based around the 5 senses.

Your £10 ticket includes:

A glass of fizz on arrival, with nibbles

Taste – Tasting a selection of wines with Emma

Sight – Colour matching and profiling with Michelle from Fredricks

Sound – Will from Wildflower records will be playing a few tunes and discussing his new book

Smell – Experience some essential oils with Rebecca from Natural Food store and how these can be used

Touch – Learn about Ayurvedic and Indian head massage from Tom, as well as his mobile Sauna box

What is a showcase tasting?

If you have never been before, this is a walk around event, not a tutored tasting. We will have approximately 60 wines on show, handpicked from some of the UK’s leading importers and merchants.

You are free to dip in and out of the wines on show – you are welcome to try as many or as few take your fancy. 

We are capping the tickets at a maximum of 60 guests with Norwich selling out its showcase within the first couple of weeks.

Booking early is strongly advised, for group / corporate tickets of 6 or more please contact us directly.

Join us for a tapas crawl on Friday 29th July, from 6pm. Enjoy a glass of cava and a Pinchos with us, before heading over the road to The Natural Food Store for more pinchos.

Cava producer Sumarroca are in town, so we shall be pouring their wines, hopefully joined by their winemaker [however we are at the mercy of both flights and trains]

This is a ticketed event. The £5 ticket is for one glass of Cava and a Pinchos. Other wines and pinchos will be sold on the night.
