So many of our friends said we had to create a Salted Caramel – so we did! The secret has been in the balancing of the salted caramel and milk chocolate centre, together with the dark outer-shell to avoid the sickly sweetness of some mass-market caramels. These go with just about anything.
Hot tip, if you have the patience, suck them, they will last a looong time.
